Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Markstation 360, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Offered

Markstation 360 offers a range of services including but not limited to Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web Design & Development, E-commerce Solutions, Video Production, Graphic Design, Content Marketing, and Marketing Consultancy (hereinafter referred to as "Services").

Payment

Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the Services as specified in the proposal or agreement provided by Markstation 360. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service non-delivery: If Markstation 360 is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services for reasons within our control.

Refund requests: Clients must submit refund requests in writing to info@markstation360.com within 7 days of the relevant completion or issue. The request must include client name and contact information, service details, reason for the refund request, and supporting documentation where applicable.

Refund process: Once a refund request is received, Markstation 360 will review it within a reasonable period (typically 3–5 business days). If approved, we will process the refund through the original payment method where possible.

Non-refundable services: Certain services may be deemed non-refundable, including but not limited to consultation fees, assessment fees, and expenses already incurred on behalf of the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, access, and approvals required for the successful delivery of the Services. Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the rights to the final deliverables provided by Markstation 360 as agreed in the project scope. Markstation 360 retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes (e.g. portfolio, case studies) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information received from the other party, including business plans, financial information, and technical processes, unless disclosure is required by law or with prior written consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party. Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

Markstation 360 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
